What is being built on CR19 in Elkhart?

This construction site is visible from CR19 near Stainless Drive, next to Moryde International, who is expanding.

Several large pumps are set up, moving water off the farmland, into Sheep Creek.

This is down the road from the Timberbrook neighborhood, and Humane Society of Elkhart.
